Velocity Unlimited — Uncapped Volume

Velocity is an internet service that gives Zamtel LTE customers unlimited volume to browse, stream and download at speed options of up to 50Mbps from as low as K699 per month.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Velocity is open to new and existing customers.
  2. Velocity packages are accessible using the Zamtel Routers* and Mifi*.
  3. Service is accessible in locations where Zamtel LTE network is available. You can check network coverage in your area at velocity.co.zm/ltecheckcoverage.
  4. All Velocity packages are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
  5. To get Velocity, visit your nearest Zamtel retail outlet or authorised dealers, call 0211 200109 or visit velocity.co.zm to order today.
  6. All Velocity packages will be accessible only through specific SIM Cards.
  7. Customers can check their Velocity expiry date using any of the options below:
    • My Zamtel App (available on Google Play Store & App Store)
    • Call 0211 200109 (Any Network) or 109 Toll Free (Zamtel)
    • WhatsApp 260956200000
    • From your Zamtel mobile number, dial *117#, select balance check for another number
    • By visiting a Zamtel Retail outlet or authorised dealers

Velocity Lite — Uncapped Speed

Velocity Lite offers Zamtel LTE customers internet bundle volumes of up to 300GB to browse, stream and download at uncapped speed from as low as K99 per month. All packages are valid for 30 days.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All Velocity Lite packages are valid for 30 Days.
  2. Customers can purchase more than one package at a time; the new subscription will not cancel the already active package. The new package will carry its own expiry date.
  3. Velocity Lite packages are accessible using the Zamtel Routers* and Mifi*.
  4. Customers will only be able to use the social add-ons when they have an active bundle balance. Once their volume depletes, customers will not be able to use the social add-ons on the higher-tier packages.
  5. Customers can buy packages using the below channels:
    • My Zamtel App (available on Google Play Store & App Store)
    • Velocity website at velocity.co.zm
    • WhatsApp chatbot +26095000201
    • By dialling *117# under Data offers (Zamtel SIM)
    • By visiting a Zamtel Retail outlet or authorised dealers
  6. Customers can check their bundle balance using any of the options below:
